Sensotech Instruments Inc. manufactures a highly reliable Wall Fan Electrical Endurance Test Apparatus designed for testing the oscillation endurance, electrical performance, and operational durability of wall-mounted fans according to Clause 23.3 of IS 302-2-80:2017. The equipment is specially developed for conducting continuous oscillation cycle testing to simulate long-term operating conditions and evaluate the mechanical and electrical reliability of wall-mounted fans. The apparatus is provided with a strong MS stand-type adjustable fixture for secure mounting of different wall fan models. The fixture arrangement allows adjustment of fan position and oscillation angle according to various fan designs and testing requirements. The testing system includes a digital voltmeter with variac control for providing adjustable voltage supply from 0–270 V AC with a current capacity of 5 Amp, enabling accurate electrical endurance testing. A precision digital preset counter meter is integrated into the system for automatic stopping of machine operation after achieving the programmed cycle count value. The apparatus is equipped with two proximity metal detector sensors with adjustable positioning for accurate detection and counting of fan oscillation sweep cycles. The measuring system provides voltage measurement from 0–300 V AC with least count of 0.1 V AC, and current measurement from 0–5 Amp AC with least count of 0.1 Amp AC. The preset counter system supports counting range from 0–999999 counts with least count of 1 count for accurate endurance cycle monitoring. For safety and testing reliability, the control system automatically stops the machine operation and counting process in the event of short circuit or open circuit conditions in the fan under test. Additional controls, indicators, and safety protection features are provided for easy handling, safe operation, and reliable endurance testing performance.
